Pneumatic capability and workplace safety

All ingredients are moved pneumatically under vacuum. This is an important workplace safety feature as dust is not released into the work environment. Worker health and safety is an important outcome.

Virtually dust-free
Due to the vacuum pneumatic transfer of ingredients and vertical drop of finished product very little dust is created in the entire system. Dust filters trap the small amount that is created at final packaging and this is appropriately recycled.

Accurate weights and measures
Numerous in-system weight checks are performed to ensure that each part of the system (micro, bulk, hand add stations) all deliver the requested amount. If weight checks are not within tolerance, the system cannot continue without rectifying the problem.

Flexibility, custom mixes
With micro (32 bins), tote (12 stations) and bulk (4 silos) ingredient weighing available, flexibility is optimized to assist in sourcing and utilizing ingredients and creating unique customer formulations.

Advanced and modern
The facility was built with unique state-of-the-art engineering. It also has a fully computer automated formula and production system.
